
Papa Scoops Terms & Conditions
By initiating service, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and responsibilities:
Access & Safety
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the yard on scheduled service days. This includes unlocked gates, restrained pets, and safe conditions. If access is unavailable or unsafe and service cannot be completed, the visit may still be charged.
Pet Count Accuracy
The Client agrees to promptly notify Papa Scoops of any changes in the number of pets using the yard. Failure to disclose changes may result in pricing adjustments.
Weather Delays
Inclement weather may make service unsafe or impractical. In such cases, Papa Scoops will make reasonable efforts to service the yard as soon as conditions permit.
Service Pauses
If pets will not be using the yard for a period of time (such as vacation or illness) and you wish to pause service, advance notice is required to avoid charges for scheduled visits.
Holidays & Service Schedule
Papa Scoops does not provide service on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Lundi Gras
Mardi Gras Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
When a scheduled visit falls on one of these holidays, service will resume at the next regularly scheduled visit. Holiday visits are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
Property & Pet Liability
Papa Scoops is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, unsecured gates, or pets not properly restrained. We are not liable for incidental damage unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Fees & Pricing
All fees, pricing, and promotions are subject to change. In the event of a pricing change, clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Payment & Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Outstanding balances are due within fifteen (15) days of billing.
Agreement
By starting service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
